The drinks are great, but there's a guy that works there that will drive you insane trying to place your order with him. Very frustrating when you're in desperate need of caffeine.

I get to wear I hate even coming to this Dunkin anymore I will go I will wait and go all the way to merchants because because since beth has left the Clinton store, it has went down hill so bad wait times is 20 to 30mins on 1 simple drink, 4pumps Carmel an iced coffee that's it, went yesterday with a friend she ordered on app 40mins before we got there an still had to wait 25 mins for it to be made Manager just walking around doing nothing to help the lines get gone , the bigger girl with glasses black hair is as slow as Christmas i timed her it took her two mins an 6 seconds to put my lid on I HATE COMING HERE ANYMORE!!!

Pure laziness. Ordered 2 plain bagels with extra veggie. So I get the bagels and they didn't even bother to put on the cream cheese. They are in packets on the side. I ordered 2 coffees also. I'm impressed that they didn't give me the cream and sugar on the side.

The gentleman that was working ( drive thru) this morning 1/29/22 in am was super nice and sweet. I wish that I had got his name. I just wanted to say how thankful that I am of you! And my coffee was wonderful 😊
