The delivery driver was rude to me because I didn’t put the right address in my friends house I don’t live in Clinton so I’m not familiar with the address.

*EDIT* I would like to come back and edit this review to say that the GM contacted us today. We did report the store to corporate, and this was the follow up. She was super helpful and sweet. She made sure we knew she could see the issues on her side as well, and that they would be addressed. Although our experiences have not been great with this location, I do have a lot of respect for a GM that actually follows up and attempts to make things right with customers that have been wronged. I wish I could give this place zero stars. My family lives a total of 5 minutes from the store, maybe 7 on a busy afternoon with traffic. Which is great, because we love papa john's. Unfortunately, we have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences with this location. It started with them charging our card online and then saying we never ordered. They helped with that, and we thought we would give them another chance because of the way that they handled the situation. I wish we had just moved on to the next place, but we didn't. The next 4 times ordering, it took WELL OVER three hours each time to get our order. Three of the four times our order was just cancelled without our knowledge, we only found out when we called after not getting our pizza. Each time they have "made it right" by sending us a pizza three-four hours later. Tonight, we received our pizza 5 hours after we ordered, and after 4 phone calls to the store and one phone call to corporate. Everyone we spoke to was extremely short and rude, and I guess couldn't understand why we would want the pizza we ordered. I try to be super understanding, and can understand that sometimes you get backed up..but FOUR hours?? Safe your money- go ANYWHERE else!!!
