They only accept curbside recycling. So it has to be brought there inside a dsny truck.

I don't think so. This is a collection point for all the city trucks that pick up recyclables from apartment buildings.
It isn't a drop off point.

The company does noy accept from individuals. You have put it a bag and give it to Sanitation Department. Maybe through one of their trucks.
