Yes they are most definitely still in business and providing excellent customer service! My husband just got a new pair of driving glasses made with a custom tint put on them. Excellent way to cut glare while driving. Keep in mind they usually open up around 12pm and yes I see that it is later than that right now. They may be having a problem with their phone or something.
