Attempted to make 3 appointments over as many days with their staff failing to handle anything correctly. It was literally faster for me to find somewhere else, make an appointment, and go there than wait on them to figure it out. No one cared or apologized at any point.

Ridiculous....I'm standing in this place and the lady is gossiping... I'm still looking at her gossiping... Not talking about glasses... She's talking about personal stuff.. There is a difference between making convo while your working but holding other people up is not cool.... (Update 2022)This place is TERRIBLE! they make you pay for their mistakes. If you call me and say I am due for my eye check up then that means your system has alerted you that it has been a year and it's time for a check up, well this company said that I should have checked my benefits before making the appointment even though they called me! So then they tell me I Owe them a $100 for the exam when it's their mistake. They held my prescription for over a year wanting me to pay the $100 bucks. I am didn't share this at first because they were the only ones that took my daughters insurance but guess what, WE FOUND ANOTHER ONE, this place is nasty and the front desk people are rude and People only go because they have no vehicle but I would advise you guys to use Metro Pick up for nicer Eye places further north! You don't have to take there stuff. GOOD RIDDENS!

TSO is really a great place to go to for your eye care. I always have a good experience when I go there the people are so pleasant and positive and they really intrude give you their true opinion when you're trying on glasses on how you look. The doctors are very good at their jobs

Yes, they do. I recommend calling in first, but they do take walk-ins routinely.
Hi there, at this time, we are seeing most patients by appointment, however, we can absolutely accommodate a walk-in patient/customer, albeit there may be a short wait. We look forward to serving you!
They pretty much accept all insurance..but call up there to be sure before going.
Ask your insurance company/ provider they will let you know, I am sure you have a book they gave you on places that take your insurance!
