This review is for the grooming ONLY but I wish I could give zero stars. They are literally the worst groomers we have ever been to. They don’t even call when your poor dog is done, they just lock them up and wait for YOU to call and check on them. Which truly shows how much they don’t care. There was one point where we would call to make an appointment and they would argue with me about if our dog has ever been to that location before and that my dog doesn’t even exist in their system. They are literally the worst and I am embarrassed that I ever gave them my money in the first place. PLEASE DO NOT bring your pet there or give them your money. There are plenty of family owned groomers that genuinely love and care for your pets that are far more deserving of your business. We have switched to ultimate dog grooming and they are absolutely fantastic, we love them and I can not recommend them enough.

Loves the groomers, spent lots of time and money here. Tried to take back an unused aquarium wood and was 2 days out of the window. Would not make exceptions. Will never set foot in a PetSmart again. Deleted accounts and will find new monthly groomers and somewhere to buy supplies. Zero stars if I could. Customer service is terrible.

They refuse to check the stock for prescription food that are rarely in stock. Apparently they expect you to drive to all their different locations to try and grab a bag because their website's stock numbers are never accurate. In the time it took for me to ask and explain this, the guy could have checked the stock and given me an answer. Instead he chose to find a coworker and ask her "What do I tell him" and she replied with "Tell him no"... Stressing the No. I get it, you are understaffed. That isn't my fault and it isn't the guy I talked to's fault either... The company isn't hiring enough people and the people they do hire are not paid enough to care. I guess I'll stick with Chewy.

I am a regular at this store and when I came in, the manager Hannah was so rude to me. I shop at the store all the time, and I had to exchange some thing that I didn’t have a receipt for and she told me that she Will not return anything without a receipt under any circumstances. I looked up the Petsmart return policy website and it said that without a receipt, and an ID, they can do a exchange for the latest sale price. When I told Hannah the return policy, she told me that she has the right to refuse service to anyone. I asked her why she would say that or refuse service to me only because of an exchange, and she said that that’s her decision. Luckily, after a bunch of scrambling, I was able to find my receipt through my emails and another staff member took care of me. Hannah made me feel so bad and so upset, as if I had stolen something from them. Petco is right down the street from this store. You can shop there for all of your needs and the staff there are super nice. I will never come to the store again.Thanks for being so pleasant Hannah

I signed up for PetSmart petperks about 7 years ago and didn't really get my first coupon until last year. Now, I get coupons for either Greenies or money off of the pet hotel or grooming. Once in awhile I get an ad for lower prices on pet food.
They definitely do, when I was there the day before yesterday I saw that all the cats had been adopted out. I. Sure there is a constant stream though. I believe they hold adoption events.
I have seen them there before. Don't know if have right now. You should call them and ask.
