No special dispensation for Valentines day.
I'm afraid not, by directive of the Bishop. Lenten fast days, only two in number (Ash Wednesday and Good Friday) are significant as important reminders of the penitential season and only be dispensed for very serious reason. We've been suggesting to celebrate Valentine's Day on Tuesday instead.
