Is this a good park to walk in? Sidewalks for a stroller?

It has very wide sidewalks and bridges. I'd say MOST areas. There are some paths that are only accessible by stairs.

Very nice for walking. And the paths are wide so worries about trying to navigate pass walkers coming from the opposite direction.
