So for Name change due to Marriage, choose Duplicate and schedule an appointment to go in. I saw it says you have 60 days to report a name change but my appointment isn't available until after the 60 day mark. Will that be waived?

Yes, it should be waived. Also, check the website where you make the appointments for cancellations. I got in the very next day because someone cancelled their appointment
