I was told I needed to do the id verification too. My claim began 2/28/21 and when I called two weeks to ask why I wasn’t getting paid I actually got through. The unemployment rep told me that they failed to inform me and he apologized. He also said he was sending my information to ID.me and that ID.me would send an email to me within 2-3 weeks with the link to verify. Still haven’t gotten the email. Called ID.me yesterday and they said they don’t send that email. That unemployment has to. I’ve been trying all day to get through. No luck. They owe me over $8000 in payments and I have $400 to my name right now. This is unreal. Have you been able to do your identity verification yet?
