If you're hesitant, like I am for any service, you should 100% call Ben's ProServ. I know everyones experience is different and I would say it also depends on which technician you get, but both times they were at my house, they were very professional, patient, and understanding. I had some light switches in my investment property that were not functional right or not at all and they were able to fix and bring it up to code. Also, the communication from the company was great; from the first call to the task being completed. The technicians that were here were Rich and John for reference. Call them ! 📞

Rich performed maintenance to my Generac generator and battery replacement. He did an excellent job and arrived on time. I will be asking for him next year when I need service. He was fantastic!!
