Maria - you are correct that Sage rods have a lifetime warranty, however, the rod must be shipped back to Sage Repair Department. In other words, there is NO way for Urban Angler to replace or repair the rod for you as we are not the manufacturer. Instead we can help you send the rod back to Sage Repairs Department using the International Repair Form. *Pricing depends on the age of the rod (see repair form link page 3 for more information). **Timeline depends on the nature of the repair but most repairs take about 4-6 weeks and will be shipped back to your home address (anywhere in the world).
