It's best to contact them through the website. There is a Q&A and e-addresses to email. They get back to you within 24 hours.
Since they started renovations, I have noticed they are not answering the phone calls like they use to! Don't understand why!
They are open, best thing is to make an appointment online.
I called today and waited about 15 minutes but got through and scheduled an appointment
Or you can email them or go to their website and you can chat there with one of the staff they usually answer in a few minutes! Also you can schedule appointments online
