At these apartments yes. But you can only live there if your in the HUD program which is based on income (gov pays most or half your rent) or your on section 8 (gov pays all the rent.) Good place if your looking to get on your feet but be ready to feel like your being babysat at all times by security guards that monitors property ALL the time.
