Everyone inside the restaurants are required to wear a mask unless seated. All the menu is digital and tables are sanitized after each use. Instead of using pager for people waiting for tables, we take phone number to text when the table is ready so that instead of waiting inside at the bar area, they can wait outside or in the car. (we send the text when the table is ready)
Servers were wearing masks and menus are accessed via QR code. Tables are not distanced and numbers didn't seem to be limited when I was there on a Saturday night
