Having power outages regularly. Why our bills paid on time. Why is customer service being outsourced out of our own country. Couldn’t get an answer to why we are having outages because I couldn’t understand the person on the other end of the line. He couldn’t understand me. I finally had to hang up. Am I the only one who finds this disturbing?

Power goes out way to often, usually takes a good while to get turned back on. The worst was when it went out for FOUR days. For some reason my.powerbill is close to $300 this month for no apparent reason

They do have a program in place that does that, but HR and the supervisor need to be on the same page with the employee going through the process
