Terrible customer service. Austin who works mornings ( dreads ) did not have any customer service training or just didn’t follow protocol

Pumps almost always not working right, have to go to QT, I use regular non ethanol. I'm trying to be a loyal customer, since 7-Eleven has been my brand for years, but it's beginning to be hard to be loyal. Thanks for your attention on this issue. When again today 04/08/2021 pump was not working right, all I could pump was like $1, had to go to QT down the road. Gets worse with time, pumps are very slow, and to add insult to injury pumps don't even cut off, you have to babysit pump. Regular non ethanol, I tried to be loyal to you, didn't give me a chance. HELLO QT ! I will not be contacting you, you can contact me if interested.

As another lady said below, these pumps overcharge for gas you do not receive! I had 1/3 tank, stopped to fill it up, walked inside to get a drink & when I returned I had been charged $93! 25 gallons, which my truck doesn’t even hold when empty! Spoke to the manager, she got the pump calibrated & said it was normal, so nothing she could do…absolutely ridiculous. Disputing it with my bank.

Since when do you have to have a manager to sell lotter tickets they refused to sell any because of manager wasn't there try to put money on my card they couldn't do that because the manager was not there I guess the manager has to hold their hands when they go use the bathroom

Is it the responsibility of management of the store to make sure their equipment works the store offers the community and customers???

Actually the equipment & its maintenance are the responsibility of the vendors & contractors they hire to fix issues. Just like you call customer service for one issue & technical support for another. Do you crucify customer service when you have say...an issue with your router? The manager can only contact the vendor, who then files a work order for a service technician to come out & troubleshoot the equipment. That is when they have an appointment time convenient for them, not the actual store service needs. So cut your retail managers a little slack. There is much more going on than just a little stop & go gas station attendant.
