About 2 to 3 hours if you take your time yes to zip line have to make reservations
A couple hours is fine, but the zoo is in a park with playgrounds and picnic areas, and the Zipline/Ropes course (7+, there is a cost) so you could easily make a day of it.
You can do the park in 1-2 hrs depending on how big your group is and how much time you spend at each animal. Yes there is a zipline.
