Gregory M. Buckley is a familiar face to the family steakhouse chain: He served as its president from 1993 to 1995. And he bid once before for the family steakhouse chain before moving to Atlanta and buying the Peasant and Mick's restaurant groups. Buckley Acquisition Corp. signed an agreement to buy the 125 sites of the restaurant chain for $81.5 million in cash and the assumption of $4.2 million in debt from Spartanburg, S.C.-based Advantica Restaurant Group Inc.
