I truly believe it's 100% better now that Crossroads took over. As for my pickup yesterday, check in was quick and the lady at the window is always very nice, had to see my counselor... which she is great. Always nice and makes sure that I'm doing well. Then once at the dosing window, everything went well, very helpful, nice and professional.
