This place and system is a JOKE! The workers are incompetent and refuse to take paperwork that would be mandatory for a child support case via real court and attorneys not this bs system. The workers are not held responsible for their failing to do their jobs. Honestly you really only get things done if you have friends on the inside of the system. If the person whom has custody has an income over 105k a year, vs the NCP whos under active doctor(s) care seeking SSDI via ATTORNEYS, they should not qualify for ANY GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE but yet this system gets them assistance again all because they have friends in DSS helping them play and lie to use the system. They have caused nothing but emotional and physical distress to the point of worsening serious health issues for my husband. They also can't do math properly either because my husbans total amount paid is OVER the amount owed to the CHILD ABUSIVE WITCH that had both his kids but due to her abuse now only has the one when she shouln't have EITHER.

This place should have been shut down years ago. I've been dealing with them for the past 20 years and the service has always been the same! You call and leave a voicemail for your caseworker, and I have waited for up to 3 months for a return phone call and me calling daily. They give false information, refuse to give you information that you need and then talk to you with such disrespect it almost makes you not want to call back. I called almost 3 weeks ago inquiring about why a payment hasn't been made in 6 months and I've yet to hear anything back.
