Didn’t sleep for 24hrs pain 8. Severe facial and sinus pain with facial swelling and redness. Half face swollen. Cellulitis maybe?Severe headache. Worked in healthcare 20years at hospital. I asked something for the pain because I haven’t slept for day and it’s debilitating. I’ve been taking ibuprofen and aspirin round the clock and no dent in pain. She looked at my tattoo on my arm and says we don’t do that here. I felt like wow look at my face I look like I’ve been hit with a brick and you think I’m med seeking like a junkie? No empathy or bedside manner with her. I’m a patient in pain not a street person. Tattoos don’t equal street person. Such a poor experience. I honestly hope i never have to be seen by her again. Maybe look into someone chart and not judge over tattoos lady. Pain scale an 8 and she could really care less.

The staff has been extremely kind & pleasant through my multiple issues that I have had to be seen for! Yes, I've had to wait 2+ hrs @ times, but they done well & I have gotten generally very good care when I have needed it! Most times forget actually getting into my real Dr's office same day! ReadyMed it is! To me fairly close! It is good for the small stuff & going to an ER, waiting 5+ hrs @ Harrington not an option or driving to Worcester!

Yes just like Mike just said this is not Ready Med your asking a question to the people that have gone there and know something about them so you should call them or go to the E.R. if your having pain and discomfort hope you feel better soon
Call or write the medical board and report him or her for the way you were treated call ready med and find out his or her full name and medical number good luck to you
