I was at the Seaglass Towers a couple of weeks ago. It's right on the beach. Upon check in you will be given a packet with all sorts of activities you can do around. Some properties have their daily activities schedule posted in the elevators. That place has a heated pool inside on the ground floor. It's a bit small but we can use both pools of the Yachtman Resort on either side as well. They have games out there too. Outside there are putt putt places everywhere it seemed. A Ripley's museum on the same street. Aqua parks close by and at a short drive there's an outside shopping mall, Broadway at the Beach, with things for the kids too. I'm sure you will find something your nephew will enjoy as well.
