Am I the only one that was treated rudely and left hungry. Came in with my friend laughing joking around. But when I called back to explain to manager he said I had an attitude and was rude. Great way to try and shift focus from ur ride employees.

I've only been in there 3 times. The food and service was excellent. No problems here.

Always gotten great food and service there surprising to hear that. So much food on plates i can never finish it.

I went to drive through. Ordered steak finger plate with double salad. I said put ranch for salad. I was tired pulled over and preceded to eat. I had no salad dressing. I went in and let them know I did not get any. The man kept saying I know I put it in there. I walked back to car got my plate and showed him. He still kept saying I know it was in the bag. So II said Sir can I get it please. Finally I got out. The man who runs it son was taking phone order got smart. He said man you got it now leave cause you are rude. Lorry my seat belt came off. I said who the blank you talking to. I told him no one and especially a man speaks to me that way. I be dam if a Greek white man or whoever would talk to me like that. Cursed him out and left. Will never go there again.

No you're not. I ordered a cheeseburger plate in the drive thru. When I got home and start eating the food I noticed I had hair under the fries. I the food back and asked to speak with the manager. I explained to him what happened and he was very rude. He told me since I had ate some of the burger that I could not get my money back. He also told me I need to take that weave out of my hair (I had braids) while his crew people laughed. I will NEVER spend another cent in this restaurant. They are very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and slow. I had never experienced that type of service in my life.
