If you want everything you could possibly need in a pinch it's great! There staff is generally great but occasionally you get an employee that is over the top robotic and even more rarely you get a Spinx employee that would rather eat and talk on the phone than help. Again, the Spinx prototype is extraordinarily rare

I go here 5 days a week for lunch, only go of ok with an 80% chance your sandwich will be edible. Making a BLT inedible is pretty impressive and these guys manage to do it 1 out of every 5 sandwiches. Ridiculous.
