This practice is horrible with their billing process. I can not speak on the physician(s), however, the billing/ branch manager is horrible! My daughter is/was a patient. The insurance on file was incorrect so my daughter called and gave the updated insurance information months ago. My daughter needed to be seen by a physician and she was told she could not be seen due to an outstanding balance. I called them immediately and I left a message Melody two weeks ago with MY information and phone number along with all my daughters information to never receive a call back regarding this issue. Needless to say the amount owed was sent to collections and showing a negative impact on my credit. I call back today, I speak to the front office and ask to speak to the billing dept again, she sends me to voicemail, I call back because this has been going on for far too long. Finally, Melody answers the phone and she proceeds to read off to me the correct info. Funny, my daughter called and gave it to them months ago, THEY FAILED TO RE-FILE on the correct insurance and submitted to collections anyway. NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING. Horrible experience.

This office was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Ruiz listened to my concerns and truly took time to see me as a person, not just a 5 minute appointment. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of care she gave and insight with her knowledge.

After having a terrible first experience with my original GYNO, I was anxious to return and kept putting it off. Dr. Ruiz is extremely personable and kind. She explains results/findings in a way where it’s easily understood. She’s very caring and gentle. I had to meet with Dr. Smith as well and he explained everything thoroughly and was very nice. Even the front desk ladies were very sweet. I highly recommend Highland Center for Women’s Health! Great staff!

I switched from another office I was going to bc of not getting the proper care. My first appt today went great and I'm happy to say I will be going there for my first pregnancy! They're all so sweet and personal & it means a lot!
