I am a relatively new patient here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Hood is really great and I felt comfortable with him almost right away. Given the field his in, that says a lot. He doesn’t rush me out of the exam room, instead he takes the time to explain (and sometimes re-explain) things to me if need be. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Service severely declined since 2019. Front desk customer service is poor. You get better service in fast food. I got stuck behind a wreck. I called the office 6 times prior to the start of my appointment to advise I was stuck behind an accident. An answering service answered twice and said they were not able to pass messages or reschedule they had to transfer me to thr facility of which no one ever answers the phone. You can't even speak to a human. I arrived 17 minutes late was told my appointment was canceled. They made me wait 30 minutes to tell me they had to reschedule for 6 weeks later. I declined and called another OB off of my insurance list and got a receptionist and an appointment within 10 days. Said they are suppose to be trusted for preventative care but spend more time on their personal phone than doing their jobs.

I honestly would NOT recommend this office to anyone!!!!!!! This is my 4th pregnancy and i can say going to this office has stressed me out so bad they are never on the same page at all , THE DRS ARE PUTTING NOTES INTO YOUR CHART AND NOT GOING BY THEM, you are constantly seeing over 4 drs because of how many patients they have you are never seeing a consistent dr at all, they rarely listen or act like they care when you complain to them long as baby looking good nothing with you matters to them. I have had a horrible experience here it is a few drs that are somewhat good but lord the amount of running around I’ve got and been told several different things regarding me getting a induction this experience was the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER OFFICE TO GO TO PLEASE STICK WITH YOUR GUT

If I could I wouldn’t even give this place a star. I wouldn’t go here for prenatal care. They all had different opinions. Sent me to high risk for no reason. Kept telling me my baby was too small. He was a normal birth weight. They kept looking for reasons to make me keep coming back. Had me stressed my entire pregnancy for no reason. Staff is rude and lord forbid you try to reschedule an appointment. They don’t read charts and ask the same questions over again. They made my pregnancy experience awful. I was there for 2 hours at every appointment because of having to wait for so long. The only doctor there that is ok is Dr. Lance.
