They get slammed during lunch hours expecially. I am sure that they are not intentionally ignoring a call, as much as it is that they have to care for physical customers as the business demands. Regardless of the wait time, it is definitely worth the wait.
Most of the time they are extremely busy. Trying to get that delicious food served.
They get swamped for breakfast and lunch. I think they just don't have the time to answer it.
I went to another Pete's once and noticed they took the phone off the hook to avoid being over flooded with business during lunch time
Not really sure what's wrong with their phone. I usually go through the drive thru and it's pretty quick.
They've been having issues with the phone, best thing to do is just stop by and order and have patience. Depending on how busy they are, it still shouldn't take long for your order to be ready
