As a homeless 23 year old what is the best course of action to finding affordable housing? And how long is the general process?

Hi I'm looking 2 move 2 Alanta Ga. I'm a senior citizen. I would like to know how ur low income housing is and what areas are they in is the neighborhood nice and safe. What would I have 2 pay monthly and r ur low income apt animal friendly. I own a small Wolf Sable Pomeranian named Precious. She's 7yrs. old now but I've had her since she was 10 weeks old 🙂.
