They do have kayaks that they rent. I'm sure you can bring your own also

Yes you can. There are two places to put in outside the park, or you can put in inside the park.

There is a boat launch across the lake from the main park. You could launch a kayak from next to the swimming beach if you do t mi d carrying it a little ways. Great views from the water!
