They are. We often have business lunches there, particularly in nice weather, when the patio is also open.
Their website lists their hours as: Monday-Thursday: 11am - 10pm Friday & Saturday: 11am - 11pm Sunday: 12pm - 10pm
I believe they open at 11 a.m.
