They give you the option of both
I think they have corn as an option. You can always ask. Most restaurants I've been to around the country use flour tortillas, but you can ask for corn if you want it.
To be honest, I've only visited the restaurant only once. The selection I had was a steak fajita which was a bit pricey for the small portion we received. It was good...not great, but good.
I think people are leaning away from fried corn shells and soft corn easily falls apart. That is my thought on the matter.
