I just called them. They do not allow pets, only service animals.
Menards IS dog friendly! Most stores only allow service animals but Menards had no problem with you bringing your pooch inside. This was the case when I worked there 7 years ago, things might have changed.
I've never seen dogs in the store. I would assume it is service animals only.
