Brought my vehicle just before 10 am, for oil change and alignment check, they said it's a 2 hour to 2 1/2 hours window frame to have it reeady. Went past 12 and it wasn't even started! They were going to started at that time. I had to head to work and couldn't stay any longer. Just a shame, they could have mentioned that in the first place. Very bad service. Always have taken my 2 vehicles for tires and services here. Will look for a different choice.

I’m editing my last review because Lance really tries to exceed the customers expectations. I understand the shortage due to the pandemic and no one wants to work these days so with that, I’m giving 5 stars because of his commitment to try to make things better. Keep up the good work Lance!

Pretty frustrating experience overall. Employee called me asking if I could come in 2 hours earlier than my original appointment for a wheel alignment which was fine. I came in at the newly agreed time and was told it should be an hour wait, 2 hours max. I waited for a little over 2 hours until checking on the status and they hadn’t even started on it. The cashier said they would get to it soon, which would mean a minimum 3 hour wait at the shop for an adjustment I had an appointment for… that the shop had rescheduled. At that point I just requested my keys back and left. Would not recommend. Going to look elsewhere for this alignment service.

They went son far above and beyond - I forget the young lady's name but I'll be back to say thank you!
