I would only recommend Earlybird to my worst enemy. I called them for service on the electrical connection to my water heater, which wasn’t working. They completely misdiagnosed (or ignored?) a completely burnt out connection, only to unnecessarily replace a breaker for me. The day after original service, the water heater was still not working, so I called them back to ask for a second visit. The technician called and seemed to have no interest in coming back. I ended up calling another electrician, who was able to get in, diagnose, and fix the issue, all within an hour from the time I called to when it was resolved. I was completely overcharged for unnecessary service from Earlybird, and they seemed to have no interest in actually fixing or doing anything that involved any sort of diligence.
