I am not big on negative reviews but I have been very disappointed with my experience. I dropped off a drill/driver to have the clutch repaired and was told it would be 3 weeks. I called back after a month was told the part was on back order (completely understandable!). Fast forward to 2 and a half months and I took the drill back because I was going to try and get it replaced by the manufacturer myself. The part was not in stock so I could get a replacement drill. The manufacturer said the claim had to be placed by the repair shop, so I took the tool BACK the same day I called customer support and asked them to place the claim; just call and place the claim and I would receive the replacement. I called back 2 weeks later and the claim was never submitted. Not only was the claim not submitted but now the part was in stock and the drill can't be replaced. Now I have to wait on the repair. I asked to be called when it was known when the part would be in. No communication. I called back 2 weeks later and find out the part is "in their order" but don't know when that will be but a "message was left". I have asked to be called again when they know when the part will be in but at this point I am not hopeful. This has been a 4 month (slightly longer) process and very frustrating. I am happy to update my review once I actually get my drill back. I had high hopes for this place because (1) they were recommended (2) have been polite on the phone and (3) they are local. However, so far this has been very underwhelming.

Had a Milwaukee 1/2" drive impact that was a few years old stop working on me. It ended up being something to do with the trigger assembly/control board I believe. These guys were able to warranty it for me no problem and had it done quick! It took about 3 weeks to get back, however they were right on schedule with estimated completion date and were up front with me about the estimated time it would take to get back when I dropped it off. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely return for future warranty needs and if I happen to need any other parts or service that they can help me with. Thanks again, guys!
