They do give heart worm tests. Should be able to get medication there as well.

Yes its only $15. Their prices are very low fir my big dog only $39 for 6 months. But they will give you a prescription to get it elsewhere too.

You can also ask for the heart worm shot, it last 6 months I don't remember if it's cheaper or a little more expensive, but you do not have to worry about monthly pills
