My dog is going to get fixed and he is going to the beach the next day. Do you think he will be able to play and have fun . Or will he be sore

Even though you mean well you will sure do more harm than good better off leaving them home or with someone to take care of them. You wouldn't want to go to the beach the next day when you get your shemagh ins cut off LOL

The dissolvable stitches shouldn't get wet. The sand is probably not a good idea either. There is a chance he will have a cone on his head too. He will likely be sore. Most dogs are on crate rest post surgery.

He will most likely be sore and have stitches. He may not be able to get sand in his wound either in case of infection

Definitely should nit be going to rhe beach. He needs to be kept quiet and resting.

They told me to keep my cat calm and quiet as possible for 7to 10 days.

Typically dogs need at least 7 days to heal. Usually crate rest is advised to prevent infection or injury.
