Barely. The actual designated beach area is overgrown and not maintained. So forget the sand part for little ones. Depending which site you get you could have your own personal beach in a sense.

The camp sites are on the lake. You can swim in the water. I took a kayak for recreation. There is a public park down the road with pivnic pavilions and swimming. West bank park beach. It looked like a nice place and is very close to the camp ground.
