I would give zero stars if I could. Covid is basically over and the rest of the world has gone back to work. You need to open your offices and stop using Covid as an excuse. Nobody answers the phones or calls you back. Zero accountability….

So I had posted a review and was very negative but after my latest dealings with them I had to change my review .It was so great to for the first time in forever to have a review for snap go as it should and almost died when my caseworker contacted me back for the interview and really died when I called her and she answered the phone ! Very happy about these new turn of events ,and my review not getting majorly screwed up this time . Hopefully others are having better experiences also .

Yes ma'am she can. If she has a disability, she can also get SSI. In Gainesville they have a program for us poor folks, it's called Charity Care. It's reduced prices and goes all the way to free.

What help can I get from family services if I feel that an elderly person may have a care giver who is making them more sick on purpose by not getting them proper medical treatment?

Your best bet to finding a solution is to visit their office. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with care giver issues. I just know that it's hard to get them on the phone. Hope this helps and good luck! :-)

I have called over and over. No answer. MAILBOX full. How do I contact you?
