I tried each and every department in the store by telephone for over a hour and nobody answers the phone. Store doesn't close until 9 pm and I called from 4 o'clock til 5:15 and still no answer.

No clue
No, they only carry college and professional team licensed items. As far as schools you can contact there athletic department, or main office about clothes, there logo's. Most schools get logo clothing from a 3rd party ( ex. Shirtshack, school jerseys, & etc.)
