Hey, can I Reach all the way up till hanging bridge along with my 5 year old n 16 months old kids? Is there any restrictions? Is the trail easy/moderate/tough?

I think you are referring to the swinging bridge. If so, the answer is yes. You can drive up to the gift shop, which is attached to the stairs that take you to the bridge. On the other side of the bridge is a 360 degree view (high child monitoring recommended over there).

On the state park side the trail is tough, steep and ladders to climb up rocks in some sections
