Several really good trails. Depending on how young. There is a parking lot that says last trail before peak.. It's about a half a mile walk. It's not too bad. Again being attentive is the key. You can also check out an app called AllTrails. It will give you... All trails.. And show photos and you can decide depending on your level of comfort
I had my 7 year old grandson with me we had no problem
Easiest trails are on the parkway,, no real steep climbs
Not sure what you mean by young kids but most are approachable for all ages. Some trails have a pretty steep drop off but with attentive parents, they shouldn't be an issue
