A sign at the entrance says no dogs. But before 9 am and after 6 pm, I see lots of people with dogs.
Dogs are not allowed but all the time you can see lots of dogs there. Smoking is not allowed too but not exception for smokers....!
I don't know sorry , but it's a public beach so I believe yes
