Yes. You can buy it at the site, but the lines can be long. If you purchase online, you basically go to the Online Window and there are up to 3 Employees going through the line scanning your ticket on your phone and giving you the Bracelets for entry. FYI, Do not tighten the Bracelet on your wrist, leave some slack so you can slide it over your wrist after as it makes a cool souvenir. If you tighten it all the way, you'll have to break it in order to remove it.
