I’m very upset with the customer services in this store, horrible experience never attending to this store anymore. One of the employees was with a horrible attitude they didn’t want to help me to find shoes after trying to pair of shoes she told me that i have to put everything as how she gave it to me i put the boots inside the box and then she told me to put the carton and everything as how it came, after everything i was ready to make the payment and she came up with the attitude that i need to sign some documents because i was paying with applepay making me feel embarrassed because im so used to pay with applepay and they never asked me this questions or make me sign paperless to make a simple payment i was going to leave with no shoes but it was my sisters birthday and wouldn’t let her with out her gift. Very bad attitude of the customer services nasty attitude.
