Guests with disabilities should visit Guest Services for information on accessible services. Guest Services is located at the bottom of the entry elevator to Nickelodeon Universe.
Fully accessible, prosthetics shouldn't be an issue. Depending on heights, some of the rides can be a pretty tight fit.

Parking lot, mall and the park are all accessible. Some rides require certain heights to ride, like 42", 48" etc.
Yes it is wheelchair accessible. I don't know the rules about prosthetics though. He'll have a great time
They do have elevators at the entrance and I saw elevators at some of the rides. You may want to call to find out more information about the ride rules.
