I would call the 973 number and try asking them before they transfer you to admissions.

I know they treat everything and try to get you back on your feet, it's been so long ago I'm not sure it anything has changed, I also have a brother who does hard drugs and he has been to many treatment centers and they didn't work , it was pretty much a joke ...I hope you get the treatment you are looking for for your brother :( it's hard believe me
