Horrible Place! Counselors do things there not supposed too, place is falling apart and dirty! No real schedule. No one knows what there supposed to do for groups! Wouldn't go back if I was paid too..
Sandra Fadil
Therapist are amazing and the only positive thing I can honestly say about the place. If you haven’t been anywhere else, let me inform you, this is not how rehab should be. Very very dirty!!! Old, very run down building. If you get a clean towel once per week and a change of sheets once in your month there, you are lucky. Groups are held prominently in one room, lecture style, with sometimes 100 clients at once. You wait 45 minutes 2x per day on the medication line. Food is a few steps up from prison food, sometimes moldy.

I can honestly say people's hearts were in the right place, but this facility as a whole was a joke. There was no organization, the only therapist/councilor worth any time was Marybeth. I feel I received no treatment. Just a bubble to be locked away in. Not to mention my after care that was set up through sunrise was a joke. 1 week and 1 day after discharge and me calling everyday I have yet to be seen.

Sunrise House Treatment center provided a clean, safe, therapeutic environment for our daughter. The caseworkers communicated with the family and helped identify an appropriate discharge plan.

I was there 10 years ago this place was run so I was track and so organized that nobody got in the building with all the security. My fiancé is in there and I have heard of so much ball going on in this rehab and older man was in detox coming off of heroin they sent him upstairs to the public to meetings he fell flat on his face with foam coming out of his mouth they had to call 911 they took him out of detox way too soon because there’s lots of people on detox waiting to come upstairs that is so ridiculous. It was pouring rain when I were talking and July 2018 flooded a girls room they had to leave and transfer to another room nothing in this place has ever been fixed and is falling apart. Can’t sign into the meetings hang out in the bathroom is cutting all the guys hairs there’s no security they’re doing whatever they want walking the halls nobody does her thing and now they bring their cell phones and they get to use it twice a day this is not a rehab this is called a joke . Another

While I am not certain about external grants, I can tell you that we do our best to work with all out-of-network insurance providers, and our onsite business office works with individuals to try to ensure that finances are not a barrier to treatment. We have a private pay option that is very reasonable as well. I would encourage anyone considering this critical treatment to call our center and go over payment options.
No, at this time we do not use Methadone at our facility. We do however have several other medication assisted therapies (MAT) including suboxone, subutex, vivitrol and naltroxone and most recently sublocade. They all show up at the same time. Sit through an hour lecture without you. And then you get to sit in the community room with you for an hour (on Saturdays I think it was) the Tuesday Family day is all day and you get to have lunch with them as well as hang out with them. But they do have to sit through the lectures as well. That's every other Tuesday I believe. If you are thinking about going then go. That place was incredible and saved my life.
Yes! Patients can have visitors. Visits are able to be scheduled through the patient’s primary counselor.
