Terrible the wait is ridiculous!! I have waited and hour or more to dose on some days. Some days I can’t even stay to dose because of other engagements.

Unbelievably unprofessional place. I am not writing this as a client but as a professional who had the displeasure of talking to clients from here. It is a for-profit institution where at least one doctor has been known to have abusive attitudes towards the very people it was created to "help." There are other methadone treatment centers in Cleveland. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

One Star is way too many if there is a way to give negative stars I would I showed up as a transfer doing exactly what the clinic I came from told me to do this thing behind a desk was the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to in my life told me she had no idea who I was and even if I had my paperwork there doctor has already left for the day at 8 o’clock in the morning and that I wouldn’t be seen for Dave’s I’m at down the road to another clinic and was treated like a king If you can avoid this place run.....
